POLICIES & GUIDELINES
Please can all clients use the below guidelines when in salon.
Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you arrive early please wait outside until your scheduled time as we are not operating a waiting area. if you do arrive early please call us and let us know incase we finish early and can accommodate.
Please do not bring anyone with you (inc children and pets) to your appointment. This will help reduce numbers in the salon and helps implement social distancing.
On entry to the salon please use the hand sanitiser provided. You can find multiple hand sanitizer stations fitted to the walls throughout the salon.
When washing your hands, please use the disposable paper towels provided in the dispensers on the walls.
We will clean down each work station in between clients.
Magazines & Books
Unfortunately we are unable to provide any magazines or books, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Salon staff will wear masks and visors. Clients will need to wear a mask if you are having the following treatments:
If you do not have a mask of your own, you will be able to purchase one for £1.50 from the salon.
COVID 19 Symptoms
If you are experiencing Covid 19 symptoms please do not enter the salon, please call to rearrange*.
*if appointments are cancelled or rearranged under 24 hours your deposit will be lost, a new deposit will need to be paid to secure your new appointment. This applies to all treatments.
Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
Currently we are only taking payments via card
Deposits are 100% non refundable unless your appointment is cancelled by us. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Cancellations are chargeable if appointment cancelled within 24 hours. This fee will need to be paid before any other appointment is honoured in the diary. Failure to do so will result in all up coming appointments being cancelled without warning and you being unable to book any other appointment within Curlita Beauty.
