So before you go and rush and Google products to buy, there are a few things that you should know before hand. Now this table is very good but there WILL be some contraindications (things that will stop you using them). Some obvious ones being:

are you on any medication that will stop you using certain ingredients. If you're not sure please check with your doctor or consultant before using anything. I know there are a LOT of antibiotics where you can't use topical products.
