Please can all clients use the below guidelines when in the clinic
Appointments
Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you arrive early please wait outside until your scheduled time as we are not operating a waiting area. if you do arrive early please call us and let us know incase we finish early and can accommodate.
Please do not bring anyone with you (inc children and pets) to your appointment. This will help reduce numbers in the clinic and helps implement social distancing.
Sanitisation
On entry to the salon please use the hand sanitiser provided on the wall at the door.
When washing your hands, please use the hand dryers that can be found in the WC areas.
We will clean down each work station in between clients.
COVID 19 Symptoms
If you are experiencing Covid 19 or cold/flu like symptoms please do not enter the clinic, please call to rearrange*.
If you have to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment due to having covid, having to isolate or are ill, the cancellation policy still stands.
If appointments are cancelled or rearranged under 48 hours your booking fee/deposit will be lost and/or a late reschedule fee will apply. A new deposit will need to be paid to secure your new appointment. This applies to all treatments.
Payments, Booking Fees, Deposits & Cancellations
Currently we are only taking payments via card
Deposits and booking fees are 100% non refundable and non transferable unless your appointment is cancelled by us. By paying your deposit or booking fee, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Deposits and booking fees are non transferable. If you rearrange a new fee will be deducted. please bare this in mind when booking your appointments.
Cancellations are chargeable if appointment cancelled within 48 hours. If you fail to show up for your appointment a 100% fee will be charged. You will see full booking policy on your confirmation link when appointment is booked. This fee will need to be paid before any other appointment is honoured in the diary. Failure to do so will result in all up coming appointments being cancelled without warning and you being unable to book any other appointment within Curlita Beauty.
Terms & Conditions
Consultation are required for some treatments which include your patch test. Consultations must be attended before treatment can commence. For legal purposes, appointments must be made in the name of the individual receiving the consultation/treatment.
Products can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Curlita Beauty will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith, refunds on treatments if the client has had an adverse reaction to treatment or has decided not to proceed with treatment.
We do not accept children or pets into the clinic at ANY time unless the child is attending a pre booked appointment with a parent or guardian. We ask that only the parent/guardian and the child with a booking appointment attends the salon.
Deposits and booking fees are required for most treatments.

ALL appointments made must be confirmed via the Fresha booking system. If they are not confirmed within 30 minutes , failure to do so will result in the scheduled appointment being cancelled.
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours (including on the day) you will be charged 50% of the total treatment. This includes if you change or reschedule your appointment on the day of the appointment.
If you fail to attend your appointment a 100% fee will be charged.

Packages/Memberships Terms and Conditions:

There is a time limit on all Packages/Memberships.

Once time limit is up treatments and discounts can not be rolled over. What ever is not used will expire. NO Exceptions

Discounts are for the sole use of the Package/Membership participant

Buy now pay later is subject to the companies own policies. e.g if you use Klarna it is at their discretion if they allow you credit or not.
