Nail Rehab - How to keep your natural nails healthy and strong whilst still having enhancements.

Hey darlings so I know we all HATE having a break from our nail treatments, but unfortunately needs must to keep us looking fabulous! Whether its gel, acrylic or simply just polish its recommended to have a 10-14 day break every 3 months.
The rule in my clinic is 4 treatments, 1 every 2 or 3 weeks (infills etc) and then soak off for 10-14 days (I'm not going to lie though, some of my girls are actual divas and will only do a week, BUT I do make them do an intensive treatment during the whole week) using the mentioned products below.
Recommended Treatments (both tried and tested by myself)
Nailtiques Formula 2 This is the first treatment I would recommend. This is my 'go to'. Its full of keratin (what your nails are made out of), protein and calcium which are all great for reforming and replenishing your nails.
You can purchase this from Amazon and some beauty suppliers for around £12.95
Rimmel 14 Day Nail Rescue This is a fab high street treatment which basically does what it says on the bottle! It makes your nails stronger and more resilient the more you use it. This can be purchased form any where on the high street and in supermarkets.
It is really well priced at £4.49 - Bargain!!
Directions
How I advise to use the treatments is in a cycle. Apply 2 coats a day, one in the morning and one in the evening on top of each other everyday for 5 days. On day 6 take it all off and start again. It really is that simple, and your nails will love you for it.
