What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is an exfoliation treatment typically performed by machine with a handheld device that gently ‘sands’ the surface of the skin. By removing the dead skin cells on the upper layer of the skin, the younger-looking and fresher layers are revealed. The procedure causes mild trauma to the skin, which, in turn, creates a healing response which results in the production of collagen and elastin. It’s collagen and elastin that improves the elasticity and texture of the skin.

Directions

Massage a small amount, adding a small amount of water if necessary, to the entire face area. Avoid sensitive eye area. After massaging for approximately 1 minute remove all traces of cream with cool water. Towel dry and gently brush off any remaining pumice. Use once week.
